A product manual that is also a 3D guide.
We redraw your manual, your team approves every page, and the same steps go live as a 3D guide behind a box code.

Cam bolts and dowels into the sides
Side panels (A) x 2, cam bolts (J) x 12, dowels (K) x 12
Lay both side panels flat with the rows of small shelf-pin holes facing up. That is the inner face. Screw a cam bolt into each of the six outer holes and push a dowel into each of the six inner holes.

FAQ
Questions brands ask
Where do part requests go?
To the support address you give us, with the part letters, the step, the guide revision and the order number. The integrations page shows how they can reach your help desk.
Can we change a warning after launch?
Yes. Change it in your manual or tell us. We rebuild, your reviewer approves the new revision, and the box code opens it from then on.
Do customers need an account to use the guide?
No. The guide opens from the box with no sign-in and no app.
Which languages can a manual have?
English plus one more language come with every package. Each language beyond that is $250 a product. Every language is approved by a reviewer before it goes live.
Do you work on regulated products?
Your team approves every page before production. For regulated products, such as children's furniture, dressers, and gas or electrical products, we check the manual against the requirements you give us and flag gaps. We never claim compliance.
Can AI assistants and search engines read our manual?
Each 3D guide has a public text version with structured steps, parts and warnings word for word, plus an llms.txt entry. Whether any search engine or assistant shows it is up to them, and we make no promise about it.
Why is the 3D guide easier to build from than a paper manual?
It follows step-by-step design principles that Stanford researchers found cut assembly time by about 35% and errors by about 50% in their study (Agrawala et al., SIGGRAPH 2003, and the follow-up user study). That is the research on the principles, not our measured result. We have not measured our own guides yet.
Do AI answers inside the guide come from our approved content?
Yes. Ask answers questions inside the guide from your approved content only. When you turn on online answers, each one is labeled AI answer. Answers can be wrong, so the guide points readers back to the manual's warnings.
Who owns the manual and the guide?
You do. You approve and publish them, and you can export the text version and the PDF at any time.
