Integrations FAQ

Before you ask

  • What print files do we get, and can our factory use them?

Print-ready PDFs for your printer or your factory, in the page size and with the bleed your printer needs. Tell us both when you send the manual. Printing stays in your factory's unit price.

  • How does the manual keep working after it is printed?

The printed manual is fixed once it is printed. The 3D guide on the product page and behind the box code stays current, and part requests and step feedback reach your team from it.

  • Which platforms do you connect to?

Product pages on hosted store platforms and custom sites, and the help desks support teams use most. Tell us yours in the form and we confirm before you commit.

  • Where are the technical details?

In the brand portal, once your access is approved. We keep them out of public pages.

  • Does the embedded guide slow our product page?

The guide loads in its own frame when the customer opens it, so the product page itself does not wait for it.

  • Does the manual package include an embed on our product page?

No. The package covers print files, the 3D guide behind the box code, languages and the text page. Product-page embeds and help desk routing come with the Growth subscription; Catalog adds connections to your own systems.

Start with one product

Start with one manual and connect it later.

We build a free sample of both from your public manual: redrawn manual pages and a 3D guide. You decide after your team has looked at it.
