For customers assembling a product
Using a 3D guide. It opens from the box.
These answers cover the steps, turning the drawing, parts and your privacy.
- Using a 3D guideScan the code on the box and the guide opens in your browser, no app. Check your parts on the overview, then move through the steps with Next and Back; the guide remembers where you were.
- Turn and zoom the drawingDrag to turn the product, pinch or scroll to zoom, and double-tap to zoom into a spot. The View button does the same with taps, and every new step starts from a fresh view.
- Right and wrongSome steps show the common mistake next to the right way, as two drawings side by side. Open them from the step's card.
- Check a screw or bolt at actual sizeThe guide can draw small parts at their real size so you can hold a screw against the screen. Calibrate once with a bank card so the size is right on your phone.
