Pricing questions
What sets the price of a product?
Its size. A simple product has up to 15 steps and one box, a standard one 16 to 40 steps, and a complex one more than 40 steps or several boxes. We confirm the size once we have seen your manual.
What do the languages cost?
English plus one more language come with every package. Each further language is $250 a product, and a reviewer approves every language before it goes live.
When does the monthly plan start, and what is in it?
At delivery. The plan is $25 a product a month and covers hosting, the permanent QR code, unlimited updates to the print files and the 3D guide, part requests and analytics.
What if we do not take the plan?
You keep the print files. A change to the manual and the guide later is $300 a revision. The codes you printed keep opening a read-only guide for 24 months.
Who pays for printing?
You do, through your factory's unit price. Printing never moves to us.
Do you make the manual compliant?
Your team approves every page before production. For regulated products, such as children's furniture, dressers, and gas or electrical products, we check the manual against the requirements you give us and flag gaps. We never claim compliance.
Is a data processing agreement included?
Yes, on every package and plan. It covers what we process for you, as the GDPR requires for any brand selling in the EU.
